I won a copy of this novella in a goodreads drawing.A very short mystery, without really much of a mystery. A quartet of people go on a Rhine cruise, say a lot of precious dialogue I'm not sure a real human being would ever say, and solve a couple of very simple mysteries.Not much here, I'm afraid. This cruise down the Rhine is full of interesting, and some really odd, characters thrown together for the trip. Plenty of twists and red herrings tossed in until we find out who did it. I have enjoyed all the books in this series but this one for me is closest to the original By The Howling (Charlotte Diamond Mysteries) in complexity... An Inconvenient Death is the fourth book in the series, but the first of the series that I have read. I picked it solely because of its setting a European river cruise. I certainly hope that I dont get the shenanigans happening on our upcoming cruise that happened on this one. Or maybe I do it certainly would be entertaining. There...
