This short (64 pages) collection of essays gives a little insight into erotica editor and cupcake blogger RKB. I read this prior to taking one of her workshops (I recommend those, btw) and she truly is as sweet as a cupcake, in person and in her writing. I loved the poignancy of "My Boyfriend's Fat" and "Champagne Sex," about unrealistic... ...such fun to enjoy I've read many of RKB's books. I love them all. This was also great because these essays gave an insight into who RKB is. So much was included that she gave me some ideas about my own writing as well as knowing I'm just fine being who I am as I am. it is a must read for anyone who loves her writing as well as anyone... Rachel Kramer-Bussel is a busy writer. She has edited many anthologies of erotica, led workshops on writing erotica, and much more. However, Sex and Cupcakes is not erotica.
